"The kind of story you can rip through in one day" -Zebras and Quills, on IRISH MOON

I Stalk…

Does it count as stalking if I’m up front about it?

Maybe.

My first and most favorite person to stalk is actor/director Adrian Grenier. He makes my heart palpatate. I’ve based more than one hero on him (Ashlon in Irish Moon, Jesse in WANTED). He often woos me in dreams. And this is a pre-Entourage fascination that dates all the way back to days of Drive Me Crazy.

Meeting Adrian and not making a blubbering ass out of myself is on the Bucket List.

Can you blame me? #gorgeous #gasp #swoon

Mostly, though, I stalk authors. Meaning, I try to show up on guest blogs and buy everything they put out. Especially if the fave is a new author and I can in some way help them make it through my stalkerdom.

My top three faves to date are:

Erin Kellison, author of the Shadow series (Shadowman, Shadow Touch, Shadow Bound and Shadow Fall). Yep. I know her. But that’s not why I stalk her. I know a lot of talented authors. I stalk her because her books knocked my socks off.

Carolyn Crane, author of the Dissillusionist series (Mind Games, Double Cross, and ???). This is the first series I’ve ever read since Twilight that I’ve been dy-ing to get my hands onto the next book for. I adore this series and her very specific, ingenious writing style.

Gini Koch, author of the Alien series (Touched By an Alien, Alien Tango, Alien in the Family and more). Again, I know Gini. She’s way cool. But her books, okay, really that and her hero in her books, Jeff Martini, are a-mazing.

I also love anything by Maggie Steifvater, Carolyn McCray, Rachel Gibson and Ann Charles.
